Does submitting the form confirm my appointment?
No. The form is a request for your preferred day and time of day. A receipt email acknowledges the request; the clinic still needs to agree an appointment date and time with you. In preview mode, neither requests nor emails are sent.
Can I get in touch before travelling to Vietnam?
Yes. Include your country and possible travel dates in the request. Confirm availability, treatment timing and any preparation with the clinic before making travel arrangements.
Who will assess my teeth and recommend treatment?
The dentist handles clinical assessment and treatment recommendations. Chloe is your client consultant and point of contact for planning the visit and connecting with the clinic.
Can I change my requested date?
Contact Chloe using the number on this page. Once email is connected, you can also reply to your request receipt. Any new date still needs confirmation from the clinic.
